Starts at 1 piece — Heritage-grade winders crafted for individual collectors and watch enthusiasts. Each piece is handcrafted by experienced artisans, supporting wood selection, finishing techniques, logo engraving, and fully personalized configurations. Delivery time varies by complexity, approximately 30-60 working days.

Corporate Customization / OEM / ODM

Starts at 50 pieces — For brands, distributors, gift companies, and other B2B clients. Supports white label, brand logo customization, co-branded packaging, and functional module options. Tiered pricing and better lead times available for orders of 100+ pieces.

Component Bulk Orders

Sample Lead Time

Standard Sample (Existing Design)

7-15 working days — Client provides complete design files (AI/EPS/CDR format logo, dimension drawings, material specifications, etc.). We complete production sampling and ship samples for confirmation.

Custom Sample (Co-development)

20-30 working days — For ODM projects or brand-new designs. Involves design consultation, 3D modeling, structural sampling, surface finishing, etc. Mass production begins only after sample confirmation.

Sample Fee Policy

  • Standard samples: Sampling fee required, fully deductible upon bulk order placement
  • Complex custom samples: Charged based on actual labor and material costs, partially deductible for bulk orders
  • Sample shipping: Collect (client pays) or prepaid (we pay on your behalf, added to order cost)

Production Process

  1. Order Confirmation → Sign contract, pay deposit

  3. Production → Woodworking, surface finishing, electronic assembly, logo application
  4. Quality Inspection → Full inspection of 30 processes, power-on testing, appearance check
  5. Packaging & Shipment → Inner padding, carton packing, packing list preparation

Expedited Service

For expedited orders (reduce cycle by 30% or more), expedited production scheduling is available for an additional fee (negotiated based on order quantity and current capacity).

EXW (Ex Works) Client arranges pickup, all costs borne by client
FOB (Shenzhen/Ningbo) We cover origin port charges; ocean freight & insurance by client

DDP (Door to Door) We cover all freight, customs duties, and clearance, delivered to your address

Freight Reference

Freight costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. We will provide quotes from multiple carriers for you to choose from. Long-term partners enjoy negotiated preferential rates.
