In 1996, Mr. Cai established a joint venture factory in Shantou, Guangdong with Hong Kong ERS, specializing in wooden watch boxes and jewelry boxes. Equipped with German-imported 5-axis CNC machining centers and an experienced woodworking technician team, he achieved handmade quality with industrial efficiency, exporting products worldwide. Mr. Xu is a senior embedded systems engineer in China, specializing in MCU development and power management chip applications. Together with Mr. Long, he led custom development of OEEA's core control chips. Established first overseas representative office in the US, entering North American retail channels; built a comprehensive OEM/ODM custom service system, providing custom services to over 30 international watch brands that year.

Mr. Wu is a renowned traditional rosewood furniture artist in China with over forty years of experience in Ming and Qing-style furniture design and craftsmanship. He brought his unique understanding and aesthetic vision of top precious woods like Hainan yellow rosewood and small-leaf red sandalwood to OEEA watch winders.
